finances. We handle all billing, including contractor pay draws and supply

By leveraging RPS trade accounts, homeowners gain access to materials at
reduced costs, with the added benefit of potential trade discounts and faster
delivery. This service also ensures contractors complete their scope of work
as planned. You will receive a detailed weekly accounting report of all bills. Payments are
due within 15 days of invoicing.

The careful examination and official review of your project, encompassing
both new and existing construction.
This visit will be an 3rd Party inspection and review on a specific aspect of
your project. A written report will be provided at the end of examination
with recommendations to remedy any deficiencies. Reports will be fully
written in a narrative form with digital photos. All reports will be e-mailed
within 48 hours to prevent construction delays.

Multi-phase inspections
o Residential Rough in inspection: Inspection for
proper installation of windows and doors, wall
insulation, venting and proper sealing of openings
and vapor barriers.
o Residential Installation of Exterior Façade or
Cladding: Inspection for installation of weep
systems, attachments, terminations and sealants.
o Water Intrusion: Locate and determine the source
of the infill of moisture and water into a structure.
