Scope of Inspection and Reporting

The inspection shall consist of a comprehensive and official review of the

Project, including both new and existing construction elements. This review

will be conducted by an independent third-party inspector and will focus on

specific aspects of the Project as designated.

Upon completion of the inspection, a written report will be prepared in

narrative format, accompanied by digital photographs. The report will

include findings and recommendations for corrective actions to address any

identified deficiencies.

All reports shall be transmitted electronically to the Client within forty-eight

(48) hours of the inspection to mitigate potential construction delays.

Note: This service does not include completion verification, or performance

testing.
